Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love every Confetti Kidz purchase. Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you order the wrong size, we are happy to exchange it for a different size, subject to availability. Most of our products are true to size — if you are unsure or between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Faulty Items
All items are thoroughly quality-checked prior to shipping. If an item is found to be faulty, we will provide a replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at customercare@confettikidz.com.au.

Eligibility
Items eligible for return or exchange must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • Returned within 14 days of purchase

Please Note

  • Items purchased during sales or as part of Mystery Bags are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Customised orders (including embroidery) are not eligible for refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
  • Customers are responsible for return and exchange postage costs, which are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will gladly work with you to find a suitable alternative.
