About Confetti Kidz

Hi, I'm Gemma – the heart behind Confetti Kidz and a proud mum to three energetic boys: Jack (11), Harvey (7), and Lachlan (4).

After ten years of building Confetti Kidz from my kitchen table in Brisbane, we've recently made the most exciting move — back to my hometown of Hawke's Bay, New Zealand. And with that move came something I'd always dreamed of: bringing Confetti Kidz home to NZ.

I started this brand a decade ago, hand-sewing every piece with love and a vision to create something truly special for little ones. What began as a passion project grew into a brand stocked in some of the best retail stores across Australia and New Zealand — and now, we're proud to be operating right here in Aotearoa.

As a mum of boys, I quickly noticed a real gap in the market for unique, thoughtfully designed clothing — pieces that were stylish, practical, and made to last. That's still at the heart of everything we do. All of our babywear is crafted from a premium blend of bamboo and organic cotton — chosen for its incredible softness, hypoallergenic properties, and gentle touch on delicate skin.

Being based in New Zealand means we can offer faster shipping, local customer care, and a deeper connection to the incredible NZ community of parents and families who have supported us from the very beginning. We are so grateful to be here.
